ARTS RETREAT
Exploring Color in Art
November 18, 2017
9:00 – 3:00
Twin Valley Senior Center
Route 2, East Montpelier, Vermont
Whether it’s the Fauves (wild beasts) or the 30 shades of green in a Vermont landscape painting, color influences our appreciation and enjoyment of the arts. Mark your calendar for the thirteenth annual Women and the Arts Retreat, Saturday, November18, 2017. As in the past, the day will feature morning and afternoon art workshops, a potluck lunch and a guest speaker and presenter. Exploring color through a variety of art forms will allow participants to try new or traditional methods of creating artworks and leave with a finished product. And best of all, the day is always fun and memorable for everyone who comes.
8:30-9:00 – coffee, tea, sign-up for workshops and WELCOME.
